TESTIMONIALS |
| The quality of the Easi technical and management approaches, coupled with the overall superiority of its team of key personnel ensures that the advantages of Easi’s technical approach will be fully realized in contract performance. Further, Easi’s Safety and Health Plan was manifestly more valuable to the Government increasing the likelihood of the establishment of a highly successful Safety and Health program. |
| I just want to let you know how much I appreciate Ross Looney’s assistance and quick response for a freezer temperature alarm that went off around midnight Tuesday 7/24/Wednesday 7/25. Ross notified me of the issue, and efforts were put in place so he could access B37. Ross willingly left his home in the “wee” hours of the morning, drove to JSC, accessed the situation of the freezer, and then stocked if full of dry to tie it over until the actual user could take appropriate action a few hours later. Ross is a very competent and dependable colleague. My experience is that he completes all of his assignment with a smile and a kind word for his customers, even if this happens in the middle of the night. Last night was no exception. If I am correct, Ross was actually to be out of the office this week (per his Out of Office e-mail assistant). It appears that he responded, even though he was to be out of the office – very consistent with the outstanding service that Ross chooses to provide. I am very grateful that he is part of the BC team. |
