JSC WSTF FOSC - Win!

The White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) previously had one 7-year Test, Evaluation, and Maintenance (TEAM) contract responsible for all laboratory, propulsion, environmental, logistics, and other facility operations. Previously, this contract was managed by a large business. The re-competition in 2005 split the TEAM contract into two separate contracts, the Facility Operations and Support Contract (FOSC), and the Test and Evaluation Contract (TEC), of which Easi was the successful offeror on the FOSC. No small business has ever managed this large a contract at WSTF.

This contract began May 1, 2006, and has a potential contact value of $305 million over 5 years. The success we have achieved resulting from a highly successful transition and our continuing improvement of existing processes led to our nomination as SBA Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year in December 2006.
