Two Easi Scientists Win NASA’s Coveted Silver Snoopy Award
As the dust begins to settle, and we return back to nominal ops here - I want to take a moment to commend the folks in the Nutritional Biochemistry Lab that stayed well beyond the initial call to depart Johnson Space Center last week in the face of hurricane Rita in order to wait on the dry ice delivery and then to distribute the ice. We didn't get out of here until almost 1:00, which I know delayed many departures, ultimately leading folks into horrible traffic situations. I commend these folks for their dedication and efforts, and I am as proud as ever to be a part of this team. Scott M. Smith, Ph.D. Nutritionist, Manager for Nutritional Biochemistry Human Adaptation and Countermeasures Office NASA Johnson Space Center
