United Healthcare provides quality healthcare coverage. This plan is designed to provide both in and out of network benefits: Preferred Provider Option (PPO)

Dental

Aetna Healthcare allows you the flexibility to choose between two different plans: Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) and Preferred Dental Organization (PDO)

Vision

Vision Service Plan (VSP) has an extensive nationwide network of doctors who provide quality eyecare and materials. This plan is designed to provide both in and out of network benefits for regular eye examinations and vision care expenses.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment

All eligible employees are provided the following coverage: life insurance (employee and dependent(s)), accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability.

401(k) - Retirement

Eligibility: Employees are eligible to participate within 30 days of their first day of employment or the first day of any subsequent month.
Vesting: 100% vested on day one
Company Matching: Employees are eligible for company match upon date of hire.
